MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Lifecycle Management Agent to join our team in Rome.

The Role As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms.

Your key tasks will be: -Answering customers inquires  Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers   About you We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.
