No Offer Description The research project aims to carry out an analysis of the ways in which digitalization is being implemented in the social cooperatives belonging to Confcooperative FVG-Federsolidarietà that deliver social services and any innovation processes triggered by it.

The research is divided into: Quantitative exploratory phase of recognition of the digitalization processes underway on a sample of type A social cooperatives belonging to Confcooperative active in the provision of social, health, and educational services.

Qualitative in-depth phase, through interviews with the managers of the sampled cooperatives and focus groups with the managers (service and/or area coordinators) and with the operators of the sampled cooperatives, for the in-depth analysis of the thematic nuclei that emerged from the quantitative analysis.

Comparison phase with the most advanced experiences known in Spain through a stay of about a month at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
