Guest Relations Agent responsibilities play an important role providing excellent services to the Guests, making the stay pleasant and comfortable.

She/He will take care that all issues have been solved promptly, so to ensure a great Customer Experience.

She/He will be part of the existing Front Office Team.

Main Activities will be:

- Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel

- Interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere

- Support the Front Office Team with Check-in & Check-out Operations

- Coordinate and supervise activities for guests

- Attend to guests' queries, needs and other special requests

- Listen to complaints put forward by guests, resolve stressful situations and provide solutions to problems

- Promote the facilities and services offered by the hotel

- Cooperate and coordinate with the other hotel departments to provide an efficient service

- Escorting the Guest to the room

- Provide general information and directions

- Advise and assist guests on leisure activities, restaurant's reservation, places to visit and travel arrangements

- Be especially attentive to repeating guests and other VIP guests

- Farewell Guests at the end of their stay

Mandatory requirements for this position are:

- Positive Attitude and guest oriented

- Previous Experience in 5* Hotel and in the same role

- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry

- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned

- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence

- Strong Communication Skills

- Fluent in English

- Additional language skills: French - Arabic or Russia

- Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved

- Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and value.
