As Receptionist at Hilton Rome Airport you will provide services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from Welcome through Farewell contributing to the first impressions of our Guests, in a dynamic young environment.

Hilton Receptionist are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- Completed high school certificate or equivalent
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Italian and English languages required
- UE WORK PERMIT IS A MUST

Monthly salary + double salary twice a year + 1 month accrual per year paid at the end of contract.
Tourism Federalberghi and Territorial supplementary contracts are fully applied
Every year: 26 days holidays
- 104 hours paid permits -12 bank holiday days
full time contract 40 hours a week.
Supplements up to 30% for night shifts, Sundays, holidays, overtime.
