The Director is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated collaborator to join her team in her stunning, historic Palazzo in the heart of Palermo.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious environment assisting with hospitality and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities - Managing Butera 28 Apartments, checking guests in and out, using our booking platform whilst maintaining an organised calendar, and answering emails.

- Managing Social Media - Support with administrative tasks: filing, data entry, and document preparation.

- Serve as a point of contact for guests, partners, and collaborators.

- Contribute creatively to ongoing initiatives such as A Day Cooking with The Duchess.

What We're Looking For - Education: University degree in communication, cultural studies, hospitality, tourism or administration.

- Skills: Previous experience in hospitality and booking platform management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficient English).

Strong experience in Social Media management.

- European passport - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Apple software.

- A positive attitude, professionalism, flexibility and discretion.

- A passion for Palermo's rich cultural heritage and a collaborative spirit.
