What you will do

The purpose of the Internship is to give the Trainee an overview of the Company and Hotel organization and understand the role of the different departments.

Within the specific department, the Trainee will shadow and actively support the Tutor in order to acquire professional skills.

At the end of the internship program the Trainee will be able to:

Build a strong knowledge of Hotel structure and service standardsSupply guests with directions and information regarding the property and the surroundingsRooming guest providing information about hotel facilities and ensuring guests are satisfiedProcess guest check-ins by confirming reservation details in collaboration with the TutorAnswer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concernsLiaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance to check rooms status and report any issueLiaising with other departments (F&B, Sales and Reservations)Complying with the daily check list of the front office teamFollow Standard Operating Procedures and the brand guidelines What we're looking for Bachelor/Master Degree in HospitalityFluent written and spoken English and ItalianPassion for luxury hospitalityTeam Work, Flexibility, Customer Service OrientatedPositive outlook and outgoing personality Welcome to our family
