**What will I be doing?
- Be the face of Oriana Homel, working collaboratively with team members to create an exceptional first impression on our guests, visitors, and all internal and external partners from the front desk.
- Delivering a fast and efficient check-in and check-out service and ensuring that all guest requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.
- Escorting guests to their apartment and providing an overview of the apartment features
- Efficiently dealing with all administrative tasks of the Front of House, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts and invoicing/debiting of guests' credit cards and cash handling
Front Desk experience in hybrid hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional eye for detail. Our jobs aren't just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build and experience that is memorable and unique.
English (C1 level) is mandatory, Spanish and other language skills are much appreciated.
A self-starter who is creative, highly driven, and results-oriented with the ability to be proactive and reactive to both anticipated and sudden changes
A willingness to have a flexible working pattern to fit in with the needs of the business
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
