**ROLE & TEAM
We are currently looking for a **Front Desk Specialist** (f/m/x) to serve as the frontline representative of our organization, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. As the initial point of contact, you will hold a key position in ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within the office.
As a Front Desk Specialist, your core activities will include:
- Greeting and Welcoming;
- Cash management;
- Warmly welcoming visitors and clients, creating a positive first impression;
- Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments;
- Providing basic information and assistance to callers;
- Basic Customer Service: providing basic information and assistance to clients, customers, or employees;
- Operational support for events (setup, internal communication, fittings).
**What you'll need to be successful in this role
- At least +1 year experience in a Customer Service Role;
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Strong customer-centric approach;
- Teamwork and collaboration involve working harmoniously with diverse team members;
- Problem solving;
- Knowledge of English (B2/C1).
