We are looking for a qualified Front-end developer to join our engineering team.

You will be responsible for building the 'client-side' of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. Main responsibilities:Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practicesCreate website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practicesIntegrate data from various back-end services and databasesCooperate with web designers to match visual design intentGather and address technical and design requirementsCreate and maintain software documentationLiaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new featuresFollow emerging technologies and maintain industry knowledgeAssess project briefs to determine technical parameters/specifications and required resourcesIdentify project risks and shape strategies to guard against themDelegate daily and weekly tasks to technical team membersCoach and motivate team membersMinimum Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Front-end developer (5+ years)Experience with Angular and/or React is mandatoryBasic knowledge of Node. jsExperience with bundlers (Gulp / Webpack / other)Experience with WordPress (nice to have)Experience with Docker is valuedExperience with serverless architectures is valuedExperience with PHP Framework (Laravel) is valuedUnderstanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practicesKnowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development is valuedKnowledge of Search Engine Optimization process is valuedExcellent analytical and time management skillsTeamwork skills with a problem-solving attitudeFluent in Italian and EnglishGerman is a plusWe offer a competitive salary and attractive benefits, a Smart Working policy - we believe in a result-driven work environment, a young, cool, innovative and international environment, opportunities to work on very innovative projects for international brands, educational opportunities for personal and professional development, and events participation.
