Ensuring a good relationship is maintained between Front Office, Event Department, Housekeeping & Maintenance.

Being the key point of contact for our guests, efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing information and assistance.

Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.

Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.

Excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.

Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
