Romazzino A Belmond Hotel, located in the stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented and motivated Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2025 season.

As a Front Office Agent, you will work closely with guests to understand their preferences, create tailored recommendations, and enhance their overall experience at our renowned property.
The role reports directly to the Front Office Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Perform Front Office operations in line with company policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring high levels of service at all times.
Responsible for cash accounting and processing guest bill payments.
Communicate all relevant guest and group activities to appropriate internal teams.
Anticipate guests' needs, address inquiries, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all guest communications and requests are processed correctly and promptly.
Accurately collect and maintain guest details.
Complete the End of Day processes and all relevant day closure accounting checks.
Prepare and run daily and monthly reports.
Requirements Strong effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of emotional intelligence to understand and respond to guest and team member needs.
Ability to collaborate with others and work within a team environment.
Proven drive for results with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
Adaptability to changing situations and guest expectations.
A global perspective with the ability to understand and cater to guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Fluency in English and Italian is required; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
Previous professional experience in a luxury environment, preferably in a similar role within a high-end hotel.
