**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in similar positions for luxury hotels

- Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language; the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus;

- Knowledge of the Opera system or other hotel software

- Team working ability and excellent interpersonal skills

- Love for the city of Florence;

- Availability to shift work, nights included and weekend
