Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Agent.

The Front Office Agent will be responsible for reception duties, welcoming and checking guests in and out, introducing the property and service, preparing and explaining guest final bills and responding to a wide variety of guest requests, ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.

Qualifications Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills Check-in procedures knowledge Customer service and effective communication skills Previous experience in a hospitality or front office role Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in multiple languages (Italian and English preferred) We offer a first contract of 9 months.
