Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesProviding a warm and welcoming experience for guestsAssisting guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiriesResolving guest concerns or issues with a positive and helpful attitudeAnswering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionallyCommunicating hotel policies, amenities, and services to guestsHandling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, assisting guests, and processing reservationsBalancing various responsibilities during busy periodsManaging reservations and room assignments accuratelyEnsuring all guest information and preferences are recorded correctlyMaintaining a neat and organized front desk areaPromoting additional services, upgrades, and special offers to guestsMaximizing revenue opportunities through suggestive selling techniquesAdministrative activities such as reservation acceptance and entry in the PMS, cash register/credit card accounting as well as general office activitiesCRM MaintenancePorter / Concierge activitiesInvoicingCore CompetenciesFluent in English Italian is a must2+ years of hospitality experienceCapable of creating a passionate, friendly, and high thriving work environmentCollaborative and communicates well to provide direction/delegation to accomplish tasks at hand efficientlyMust be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in generalResearch, organizational skills, and extraordinary relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask and execute under pressure and in demanding fast-paced environmentsStrong communication (both written and oral) and management skills.
