**What will I have to do?

- _Previous experience in a front office department of a five star hotel_

- _Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, flexibility and availability to work in a dynamic team_

- _Fluent in English ( it is required level c1 or c2 certified)_

- _High responsible and reliable_

- _Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment_

- _Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team_

- _Ability to focus attention on guest and colleagues' needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times_

- _Excellent organization, communication and up selling skills_
