Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Front Office Ambassadors & Waiters at POSIA Retreat & SPA | UNA ESPERIENZE in Salento.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with guest inquiries, and serving guests in the restaurant.

Front Office Ambassadors & Waiters play a key role in ensuring a memorable and fulfilling stay for our guests.

Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a luxury environmentExperience in the hospitality industry or related field (we offer also opportunity to professionally train for beginners)Knowledge of reservation systems and front office operationsTeam player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicFluency in English (multiple languages is a plus)Certification in hospitality or relevant training programs is beneficialTerms of Employment We offer a seasonal work contract from April to October 2025
