We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional gastronomic moments to our guests.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency and excellence. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus that reflect the hotel's sustainable philosophy. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in accordance with HACCP standards. Manage stock levels, ensuring minimal waste and efficient use of ingredients. Adapt to seasonal ingredients and contribute creative ideas for new dishes. QualificationsProven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment. Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and high-quality ingredients. Passion for sustainability and locally sourced products. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
