Front Office Customer Service
Front Office Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities: Assist clients during the order acquisition phase and subsequent stages.
Manage institutional, specific, and dedicated communication with clients.
Oversee the receipt of orders, ensuring that received and transmitted orders are complete with all specifications highlighting the qualitative requirements of the sold product.
Ensure the complete and systematic acquisition of all client data.
Supervise sales administration to ensure accurate invoicing.
Oversee commercial correspondence.
Manage internal service communication to promote integration and facilitate the exchange of information between clients, origination, planning, and procurement.
Collaborate with Account Managers, sales representatives, and agents to ensure quality service.
Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
Strong MS 365 skills.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Team player with a passion for sales and customer value, possessing a hands-on mentality.
