In the role of Host on the Hotel's Front Desk, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to the Hotel's guests_.

**Day to Day

- _To handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check outs_

- _ _To create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests_. _

- _ _To actively upsell and cross sell hotel services and outlets_. _

- _ _To count money, verify amounts and issue receipts for payments_

**Qualifications**:

- _A Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, with minimum of 1 year work experience as Receptionist in a hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant_. _

- _Ability to work well with others in a guest and team-focused environment_

- _Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must_

- _Knowledge in Opera is an advantage_

- _Verbal and written English and Italian languages proficiency are required_
