You will join an energetic and passionate team who are the face of Park Hyatt Milan.

In the role of Host on the Hotel's Front Desk, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to the Hotel's guests.

Day to Day To handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check outs To create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests.

To actively upsell and cross sell hotel services and outlets.

To count money, verify amounts and issue receipts for payments Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who is currently in a similar role or has Front Office experience in hotels.

We are looking for a candidate who has: A Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, with minimum of 1 year work experience as Receptionist in a hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant.
