Front Office Internship Role: You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Main Duties and responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests Introduce guests to hotel outlets and facilities Perform check-in and check-out according to hotel procedures Interact and coordinate with other hotel departments Manage phone calls, answer e-mails and other communications Take care of VIP welcome letters Contribute to enhance guests' experience and satisfaction Qualifications: To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Italian and fluent English.

Degree in hospitality is a plus.

Duration : 6 months with additional 6 months renewal possibility.

Benefits: 600€ refund per month.
