Position Overview: As the Front Office Manager , you will lead our Front Office team, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

You will play a pivotal role in upholding Oetker Collection's legendary standards of excellence while fostering a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all Front Office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.

Ensure exceptional service delivery, meeting and exceeding guest expectations.

Train, motivate, and manage the Front Office team to achieve operational excellence.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with hotel standards and policies.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel (five-star experience preferred).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficiency in property management systems (experience with OPERA is a plus).

Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced seasonal environment.
