For a 5-star Luxury Hotel in Umbria, we're looking for a:

**Front Office Manager

You will be reporting to the Hotel Manager and directly responsible for the management of the Front Office Team.

**Main duties

- Creating a great experience for Guests and team members.

- Creating and implementing all the relevant standards of the department

- Creating and building the team, ensuring the new hires are a good match with the existing ones

- Owning and striving to improve the quality and departmental metrics

- Ensuring health and safety policies are well known and compliant at all times

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in same or similar role

- You are a natural at leading and setting a good example, making sure everyone's strengths are valued

- Mastering Italian and English (both written and oral skills); any additional language would be considered as a plus

- IT skills

- You have a passion for hospitality and you like learning new skills
