Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent, a Back Office Agent, and a Receptionist at La Cocumella.
All of these positions will be responsible for phone etiquette, reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with guests and staff.
Qualifications Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Front Office skillsCustomer Service and Communication skillsExperience in handling guest inquiries and requests efficientlyAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a teamProficiency in Italian and English is a must.
Other languages are a plusPrior experience in hospitality or related field is preferredSeniority levelEntry level
