Front Office Internship Role:You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Main Duties and responsibilities:Welcome and assist guestsIntroduce guests to hotel outlets and facilitiesPerform check-in and check-out according to hotel proceduresInteract and coordinate with other hotel departmentsManage phone calls, answer e-mails and other communicationsTake care of VIP welcome lettersContribute to enhance guests' experience and satisfactionQualifications:To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Italian and fluent English. Degree in hospitality is a plus. Duration :6 months with additional 6 months renewal possibility. Benefits:600€ refund per month.
