- As Front Office Team Leader working within the Front Office team, you will assist with day-to-day operations, providing prompt, friendly and personalised service to our guests_

**Main Duties and responsibilities**:

- _Welcoming and helping our guests throughout their journey in our hotel, _

- _Working within the Front Office team, you will assist with day-to-day operations, providing prompt, friendly and personalised service to our guests_

- _Actively upselling and cross selling hotel services and outlets. _

- _Supervise the Front Desk, handling any guest situations with care, such as check in/out, guest queries, _

- _Contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay, _

- _Training the team to ensure a smooth shift and reach of our targets, _

- _Leading the team to ensure the best customer service possible, _

- _Dealing with complaints_

**Qualifications**:

- _Proficiency in English, Italian and an additional language_

- _Ability in multitasking, problem solving and time-management_

- _Attention to detail_

- _Teamwork skills and attitude_

- _Previous experience as a hotel Team Leader/ Supervisor_

- _Opera's knowledge is a plus_
