**About This Opportunity**:

This individual will advise and design scalable and sustainable solutions to enable business and technology agility through technical expertise and a drive for innovation.

This position will also ensure implementation of best practices to satisfy current and future business needs.

This is a highly visible role providing strategic leadership on innovative projects and consistent contributions to internal process improvement initiatives.

**Reports to**: Architect Manager

**Location**: Biassono, Italy (Hybrid)

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of frontend development in a distributed computing context

- Demonstrated strong knowledge of HTML5, Javascript, Typescript, SASS, Angular (or equivalent Front End framework), and Redux.

- Strong culture of automated testing and clean code production

- Familiar with the implementation life cycle and project methodologies

- Passion and enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality solution to elearning customers with an all-in commitment to ensure long-term customer satisfaction

- Team player with proven ability to be held accountable for projects/tasks assigned

- Continuously looks for ways to improve Docebo, the teams, products, and win new customers

**Responsibilites**:

- This position is primarily technical with analysis, research, design, and development of proof of concepts at its heart.

- Help frontend developers improve their coding standards and implement industry best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to govern solution construction and guide overall technical implementation.

- Exhibit exceptional analytical and presentation skills and be able to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Use a scientific and data-driven approach to assess solutions and review decisions.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodology.

- Promote change management to ensure optimal user adoption of new technologies.

- Be a result-driven self-starter who takes initiative, solicits and listens to feedback, and can work independently in a rapidly changing environment.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in a Cloud or SaaS development environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
