Software Developer – (HTML, CSS3, Javascript, React, Node JS, D365 Commerce, Azure, Agile, XP), - B2B/Contract 12 Month Project – Global Consumer Goods and Retail Business – Hybrid, Milan, Italy - €200PD-€250PDI am currently working with a well-known Global Luxury Goods and Retail Business who are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join them working on a Digital Transformation for them focusing on reshaping their E-Commerce website and the digitalisation of the customer journey in store.

This will involve working on a self-checkout app leveraging React at the front-end. The Software Developer will have the following experience:Good experience working as a Mid Level Software Engineer with the chance to expand on their experience. In terms of technical languages someone who is proficient with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, React at the front end and Node JS, SQL or MongoDB at the backend. Experience working with E-Commerce platforms would definitely be beneficial, particularly if the experience was with MS Dynamics D365 E-Commerce. Experience with version control systems like Git would be beneficial as well as cloud computing with Azure preferred but not essential as this is a nice to have. Experience working in Agile methodology would definitely help with an understanding of Scrum and Extreme Programming. Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication. This role is a B2B/Contract Position working for a Luxury Global Brand and Retail business assisting them through an exciting business and digital transformation.

The initial project is for 6 months.

The role will be remote or their offices are based in Milan, Italy.
