Currently, we are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead Engineer for XTEL.

As a Frontend Tech Lead Engineer, you'll play a key role in crafting cutting-edge software solutions for global FMCG companies.

Collaborate with experts to embed advanced analytics and create user-friendly features.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

Collaborate with design and backend teams for effective feature implementation Lead frontend architecture design and optimize applications for performance and security.

Lead team members and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.

Experience in leading a team Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with NPM, Webpack, and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.

Proven project management skills in SaaS environments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams.

Knowledge of agile development best practices and software development methodologies Proficient in English, fluency in Italian is a big plus (other languages are advantageous).

Nice to Have: Experience in legacy code refactoring and UX/UI design principles.

Familiarity with microservice architectures and retail sector knowledge.
