Currently, we are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead Engineer for XTEL.

As a Frontend Tech Lead Engineer, you'll play a key role in crafting cutting-edge software solutions for global FMCG companies.

Collaborate with experts to embed advanced analytics and create user-friendly features.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

- Collaborate with design and backend teams for effective feature implementation - Lead frontend architecture design and optimize applications for performance and security.

- Lead team members and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Qualifications: - 5+ years' experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.

- Experience in leading a team - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with NPM, Webpack, and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.

- Proven project management skills in SaaS environments.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams.

- Knowledge of agile development best practices and software development methodologies - Proficient in English, fluency in Italian is a big plus (other languages are advantageous).

Nice to Have: - Experience in legacy code refactoring and UX/UI design principles.

- Familiarity with microservice architectures and retail sector knowledge.
