Frontline Training Partner

This is an outstanding opportunity in the Italian affiliate of Novo Nordisk, as Frontline Training Partner.
**Position
In the role of Frontline Training Partner, you will directly report to our Learning & Development Manager, and you will be responsible of the entire process of Learning & Development for our frontline functions, ensuring close connection of field execution with company values, culture and working principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess frontline employees' development needs and competency gaps using a 360° approach (direct observation - stakeholders' inputs - data analysis - insights from HRBPs).
- Define learning initiatives and training activities/programs that support the business objectives basing on identified needs and gaps.
- Design, in collaboration with the internal cross-functional team if needed, objectives, timelines, structure and contents of training initiatives
- Effective delivery of frontline related topics leveraging the use of new channels, learning approaches and methodologies, and facilitating group discussion and decision process to solve complex problems.
- Regular assessment of the efficacy of the methods used and ensure appropriate tracking and documentation of learning in accordance with company policy and local regulation.
The position is based in Rome, but remote working is allowed.
Travel to the field, within the national territory to closely advise and work with the colleagues, is required.
**Qualifications
Other requirements:
- Business sensitiveness and data-driven decision maker with knowledge and expertise in customer engagement strategies and approaches.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles, approaches, and methodologies, with a proven experience in designing and implementing capabilities development strategies.
- Solid expertise in design thinking approach, collaborative methods and other agile ways of working.
- Strong digital mindset and skills.
- Role model of empowerment and accountability, acting as change maker and influencer inside the business context.

Our Learning and Development team is committed in design and implementation of HR development initiatives, to accelerate growth at individual, team and business level.
It involves the following areas: talent management strategy, leadership development, career and succession management, field force training (programs design and delivery), to boost quality inside the organization and to accelerate sales performance.
