For the team led by the CFO, currently composed of an Accounting Specialist, Treasury & Budgeting Analyst, and FP&A Analyst, we are looking for a middle management senior professional to supervise the team of 3. Responsibilities: Working capital management and Statement of cash flows elaboration & analysis; Budgeting and forecasting per BU; Risk analysis and sensitivity analysis on financial performance; Financial compliance & policies elaboration and periodical review; Yearly audit activities management; Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the senior management team. Must have: MSc in Economics or Business; Proficiency (C1) with English language (written & spoken); Proficiency with SAP B1 Fi/Co module; Experience in people management and leadership skills; Italian tax system knowledge; OIC experience; Strong technical accounting knowledge; Strong ability in reporting for statutory accounts (Excel, Board or other tools for financial modelling required); Other requirements (as a big plus): Previous experience in Tech company; Previous experience with M&A and Corporate restructuring; Previous work experience abroad; Experience with Board; IFRS expertise; Location: HQ: Rome (centre) working from home Further information on the salary package will be provided during the selection process.
