**Partner with the best
As Fulfillment Process Excellence Leader, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You will achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing midterm vision on the own function and contributing to the strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit).
As Fulfillment Process Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Owning fulfillment procurement specific ERPs, processes and tools.
- Reviewing and improving processes, working on special initiatives.
- Contributing towards taking important decisions from ITO to OTR with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications.
- Delivering specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams.
- Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Employee is expected to develop new approaches.
**Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have proven experience in Procurement and/or Manufacturing operations & planning.
- Be able to communicate high-level concepts to senior leadership
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Be a driven individual with proven problem-solving capability.
- Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects. Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Be fluent both in English and hold an EU work permit
