As the Client Services Manager , you will play a critical role in managing and strengthening our client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and contributing to the overall revenue generation of the company.

You will be the go-to expert for delivering high-quality service and fostering collaboration across internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Your Role: Drive the Client Services Team's success by managing and nurturing client relationships to foster growth and retention.

Work with blue chip advertisers and agencies from various industries.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/projects, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Ad Solutions, Product, Data, Newsroom, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Maintain and enhance the usage of internal tools and platforms (e. g. , Salesforce, Google Ad Manager) for process efficiency and campaign success.

Your Profile: Experience or knowledge in media advertising, account management, ad operations, or the start-up ecosystem.

Hands-on experience in campaign management or ad operations, with an understanding of ad servers (e. g. , Google Ad Manager), is a significant advantage.

A keen interest in the digital and mobile media landscape, paired with a tech-savvy mindset.

A proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach to challenges.

A passionate team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Italian and English (proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish, is a plus).
