We have an e-commerce to grow and for this reason WE ARE LOOKING FOR a CRM specialist who wants to work with a young, dynamic and growing company!WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: a freelancer with a few years of experience who wants to tackle a growing project. WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR: in a word "employees". . . if you are looking for a permanent contract, unfortunately for the moment we are not for you.

We prefer to start our collaboration with freelancers who can demonstrate their efficiency and desire to grow.

Absolutely not, the work is totally managed remotely and your physical presence in the company is not required. ResponsibilitiesOur CRM specialist will independently manage (after having agreed on the best management strategies with the company contact person with weekly/monthly calls) the following activities:CRM management of the proprietary e-commerce channelOptimization and segmentation of target customers in order to create and direct dedicated promotions via mail marketingManagement of newslettersRequired Training and KnowledgeA degree is certainly important, and we are pleased, but we reward your experience much more!For our email campaigns, we use Brevo; it is important for us that you know the platform or are willing to learn how to use it. Knowledge of newsletter management and creation is appreciated. Knowledge of CRM software is essential.
