As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing key features for H2LLO Smart, our CO2 emission and reporting platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

We are looking for people skilled in Python, AWS, React and Postgresql are musts as detailed in the tech stack below.

Experience in C++, Node and Express is highly values and seen as a plus.

Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.

- Implement both front-end and back-end components, ensuring smooth integration.

- Work closely with the CTO to define technical requirements and deliver new features.

Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the team's best practices.

- Collaborate with the team to solve complex challenges and improve the user experience.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

Requirements - Strong experience in fullstack development (Java Script, Type Script, Node. js, React, etc. ).

- Solid knowledge of backend technologies (e. g. , Node. js, Express, Python, or similar).

- Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

- Experience with databases (Postgres preferred) and working with cloud environments (preferably AWS).

- Familiarity with API design and RESTful services.

- Experience in agile development methodologies.

- A passion for clean tech and building sustainable solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and highly motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently Nice to Have - Experience with Io T systems or large-scale data processing.

- Understanding of Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Previous experience in a startup environment.

- Example sites that you have worked on that you can show us the design & code of.

We are looking for a new teammate to join us in our offices in Bolzano.

We welcome meeting people who do not live in Bolzano, but are willing to (and like to) travel to the city at least once a month.

Additionally, the main language spoken in our team is English, Italian is not mandatory.

The commercial team of 3 is based in Bolzano and current developers are based in Ukraine.

It is a CO2 emission measurement and reporting platform for transport and logistics sector to start accounting for their carbon footprint and supporting their customers to remain compliant with the EU CSRD regulations.

We've already developed MVPs and conducted pilot projects.
