We are looking for a

Full Stack Developer

to join our

Revenue Growth team

, where you will play a key role in implementing

growth experiments

and ensuring their seamless integration into our product.

You will work closely with

Growth, Product, and Engineering teams

to rapidly test, develop, and deploy features that optimize

conversion rates, ARPA (Average Revenue per Account), and overall revenue growth

. Responsibilities

Develop and implement Growth experiments

into the product, ensuring smooth execution and seamless user experience. Optimize conversion funnels, pricing models, and feature experiments

through data-driven development. Collaborate with the Growth Lead, CRO, and Data Analyst

to identify technical solutions that drive revenue growth. Ensure smooth

integration of Growth initiatives

with the

Product & Engineering team

while maintaining code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and refine

Growth experiments, making rapid iterations based on results. Review code through Pull Requests

, ensuring best practices in development, performance, and security. Our Stack

Experienced Full Stack Developer

– 3+ years of experience in

React, React-Native, Node. js, and TypeScript

. Growth & Experimentation Mindset

– You can balance technical complexity with business goals to deliver impact fast. Pragmatic Engineer

– You write

clean, maintainable, and scalable code

. Bonus Skills:

Experience with
