Company Description: Next Generation Robotics srl (NGR) operates in the field of collaborative robotics and advanced robotic systems within critical infrastructures. The company specializes in the development of ARGO, an innovative robotic system for inspecting the underbody parts of trains remotely and automatically. NGR is a start-up spin-off company of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa, dedicated to revolutionizing rolling stock inspection activities. Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web platforms for the control and management of advanced robotic solutions. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement features that improve the user experience of our applications. Integrate APIs to connect robotic systems with web platforms and cloud services. Participate in code reviews to ensure software quality and reliability. Optimize performance and ensure the security of web applications. Follow best development practices, including automated testing, version control, and continuous integration. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar title. At least 3 years of experience in full stack web development. Proficiency in front-end technologies. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React is required Experience with back-end technologies (e. g. Python, Nodejs) and databases (e. g. , MySQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of ROS / ROS2 is a plus. Familiarity with version control using Git and DevOps practices. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and WebSocket for real-time communication. Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture. A passion for robotics, artificial intelligence, or automation is a strong plus.
