About the RoleWe are looking for aFull Stack Developerto join ourRevenue Growth team, where you will play a key role in implementinggrowth experimentsand ensuring their seamless integration into our product.

You will work closely withGrowth, Product, and Engineering teamsto rapidly test, develop, and deploy features that optimizeconversion rates, ARPA (Average Revenue per Account), and overall revenue growth.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Growth experimentsinto the product, ensuring smooth execution and seamless user experience.

Optimize conversion funnels, pricing models, and feature experimentsthrough data-driven development.

Collaborate with the Growth Lead, CRO, and Data Analystto identify technical solutions that drive revenue growth.

Ensure smoothintegration of Growth initiativeswith theProduct Engineering teamwhile maintaining code quality.

Troubleshoot, debug, and refineGrowth experiments, making rapid iterations based on results.

Review code through Pull Requests, ensuring best practices in development, performance, and security.

Our StackNodeJS mongoDB React React-Native Expo React Query Redux API Rest Jest / detox Who You AreExperienced Full Stack Developer– 3+ years of experience inReact, React-Native, Node. js, and TypeScript.
