With a proven product and a growing customer base, we are now looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Revenue Growth team.

About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Revenue Growth team , where you will play a key role in implementing growth experiments and ensuring their seamless integration into our product.

You will work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to rapidly test, develop, and deploy features that optimize conversion rates, ARPA (Average Revenue per Account), and overall revenue growth.

This role is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in an experimentation-driven environment , enjoys solving complex engineering challenges , and wants to have a direct impact on business growth.

Responsibilities Develop and implement Growth experiments into the product, ensuring smooth execution and seamless user experience.

Optimize conversion funnels, pricing models, and feature experiments through data-driven development.

Collaborate with the Growth Lead, CRO, and Data Analyst to identify technical solutions that drive revenue growth.

Ensure smooth integration of Growth initiatives with the Product & Engineering team while maintaining code quality.

Troubleshoot, debug, and refine Growth experiments, making rapid iterations based on results.

Review code through Pull Requests , ensuring best practices in development, performance, and security.

Our Stack NodeJS mongoDB React React-Native Expo React Query Redux API Rest Jest / detox Who You Are Experienced Full Stack Developer – 3+ years of experience in React, React-Native, Node. js, and TypeScript.

Growth & Experimentation Mindset – You understand A/B testing, feature gating, and rapid iteration.

Strong problem-solver – You can balance technical complexity with business goals to deliver impact fast.

Pragmatic Engineer – You write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while optimizing for time-to-market.

Highly Collaborative – You work effectively with cross-functional teams in Growth, Product, and Engineering.

Bonus Skills: Experience with Event-Driven Architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), or native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus!
