Plino is a Generative-AI-powered Accounting, Finance & Control co-pilot for SMEs. Our goal is to empower SME managers to extract insights on time for taking data-driven strategic decisions 100x faster than using current solutions. Plino is made of 2 main parts:

a full-stack responsive web app built with React. js, FastAPI, and MongoDBa custom AI engine built with the LangChain stack (LangGraph, LangSmith) + OpenAI LLMsOur collaboration platform is GitHub, and we use GitHub Actions to automate code formatting, product builds, and deployments to Microsoft Azure. We value good code practices, a great eye for design, and amazing communication and collaboration skills.

This position will mainly involve full-stack tasks (i. e. adding features and removing bugs from frontend and backend code, integrating new data sources), but could also involve some AI engineering tasks at some point. No strict data science will be involved.
