Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team full-time.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in graphic design (print and digital), with particular expertise in mood board creation, concept development, and iconography research.

Key Responsibilities Define and lead the visual direction of client projects, from initial mood boards and concepts to final execution.

Conduct detailed iconography research to inspire and inform design approaches.

Develop and oversee high-quality graphic designs for both print and digital formats.

Ensure cohesive visual language across all creative deliverables in collaboration with the creative team.

Partner with departments like copywriting and production to achieve seamless outcomes.

Utilize motion design skills for animations or video content (a strong plus).

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives at every stage.

Requirements Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).

Based in Milan.

Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in the creative industry (fashion, art, luxury, or related fields).

Demonstrated expertise in logo design, packaging, label design, and art direction, supported by a robust portfolio.

Strong skills in strategy development, branding, and creative concept creation.

Proficiency in both print and digital graphic design processes, with in-depth production knowledge.

Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Motion design experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.

Additional experience in experience design or exhibition design is an advantage.

Creative, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
