Functional Analyst Location : Milan, Italy (3 days a week in person, Hybrid) Contract : 12 Months + Start : ASAP Key Skills: Payments business analysis | Instant payments | PCI DSS | PSD2 | PSD3 | Functional requirements | Regulatory compliance | Agile methodology Responsibilities: Analyze business needs related to payments systems, including instant payments, and develop functional requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure payment solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in payments.

Ensure compliance with relevant payment regulations, including PCI DSS, PSD2, and the upcoming PSD3.

Prepare documentation, such as functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Provide subject matter expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements: Senior-level expertise in payments business analysis.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in payments systems or financial services.

In-depth knowledge of instant payments and payment solutions.

Familiarity with industry regulations such as PCI DSS, PSD2, and PSD3.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
