Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and understand functional and system requirements.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.

Support the design, documentation, and testing of systems to ensure they meet business requirements.

Monitor and analyze data flows, generate KPI reports, and propose improvements.

Create and maintain up-to-date end-to-end diagrams of data flows, working closely with development and support teams.

Implement communication plans for data operations using available tools and platforms. Requirements:• Degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. • At least one year of experience in functional data analysis and/or data operations. • Knowledge of business analytics tools, SQL, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (the work will be conducted entirely in English). • Ability to work remotely and travel to Rome approximately once every two months.
