Job Description: Antal International, a human resources consulting company, is looking for a Functional Analyst for a client operating in the industrial mechanics sector.

Key Responsibilities: Implementation Projects: Manage the activity of gathering requirements and preparing functional analysis documents through direct intervention or by coordinating the supplier.

Maintenance of the Salesforce CRM Platform: Manage the activity of gathering requirements and preparing functional analysis documents; implement necessary configurations or developments; ensure compliance with regulations if necessary; manage release upgrades; oversee integration between Salesforce and the ERP system.

Monitoring and Use of Salesforce Platform: Monitor KPIs, control license usage; verify the level of adoption of released functionalities.

Supplier Relationship Management: Coordinate supplier activities; monitor project progress (adherence to timelines and agreed days); reporting activities, corrections, and new developments.

User Support and Training: Provide support to users for technical issues, lack of knowledge of the tool's operation, conduct training sessions; coordinate activities between various legal entities of the Group.
