Job description
Join our team as a Functional Analyst IT (Payment services) - Remote and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in a fast-growing organization.

Your missions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Utilize modeling tools such as UML and BPMN to document workflows and processes.
Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in security and privacy.
Support and train internal teams and clients on new functionalities and system updates.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements.
**Profile**:
At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar IT role.
Strong knowledge of requirement analysis methodologies and modeling tools (e. g. , UML, BPMN).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
