Your missionsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements for web applications and payment services.
Utilize modeling tools such as UML and BPMN to document workflows and processes.
Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.
Apply Agile methodologies and use project management tools such as JIRA and Trello to track progress.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in security and privacy.
Support and train internal teams and clients on new functionalities and system updates.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements.
Your profileAt least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar IT role.
Strong knowledge of requirement analysis methodologies and modeling tools (e. g. , UML, BPMN).
Experience in web applications and payment services.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
