**Your day in the life of Functional Application Analyst in ITT

Key responsibilities:

- Process analysis

- Collection of user requirements

- Application requirement definition

- Maintenance of functional documentation and technical specifications

- Track of activities and regular update meetings organization with key users and business stakeholders

- Problem resolution in both the long and short term, monitor, record and respond to requests for support

Requisiti di posizione:

**What will make you our perfect match?

- Working on multiple projects, sites and users.

Project management skill would be a plus

- High level knowledge of web programming languages (html5/css/ajax/jstl/jsp/bootstrap/java) is a plus

- SQL experience is required (PostgreSQL experience is a plus)

- Work experience with ERPs is a plus

- High problem solving and proactive attitude, creative, think outside of the box

- Open and supportive communication, ability to switch between tasks quickly and stay in control of problematic situations

- Team working and leadership skills

- Multi-tasking and ability to learn quickly and solve complex technical issues

- English
