**Job Description**:

**Key responsabilities**:

- Help and support the implementation and deployment of our solutions in close cooperation with the Project Manager all over the project life cycle from the presales phase until the commissioning

- Find and define the best solutions to design and deploy our MES solutions in providing guidance to the customers and defining strategies with the project teams

- Understand and challenge the customer's needs, analyze the gaps and propose solutions

- Maintain good cooperation and relationship with all project stakeholders, customer and sales

- Stay up-to-date, quickly learn and articulate the features and benefits of new products and solutions

- Document all business processes, needs, flows and diagrams (swim lane, UI Design etc.

)

- Prepare and execute demonstration of our standard MES and Analytics software

- Prepare and execute customer specific MES and Analytics solution demonstrations

- Identify tasks and interrelationships to evaluate functional and cross-functional requirements

- Act as a coach to engineering and other specialists on our MES solutions.

**Key Skills**:

- Working knowledge of MES, IIOT solutions

- Knowledge of automation layer interface with machines and MES

- Demonstrated understanding of the configuration and development of software and IT based infrastructure projects

**Qualifications

- BS in Engineering or Science, or equivalent technical experience.

- English (professional), Italian (nice to have), Turkish (nice to have)

- Ability to travel 25% to 50% on average

Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
