Qualifications

**Functional**:

- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts /processes- WindChill PLM 9. x/10. x/11. x/12. x and CAD Application domain- Windchill Configuration Management, BOM Management, Document Management and Change Management, - Business acumen- Business process management & modeling- Facilitation of business requirements workshops- Consultative problem solving- Stakeholder relationship management- Strong oral & written communications- Requirements definition & management- SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development- Understanding of future / emerging technologies

**Technical**:

- At least 10 years of experience in WindChill PLM, with strong Requirements Gathering, analysis, Functional and implementation knowledge, solution design coordination with offshore development teams and Customer Management skills. - 7+ years of experience in WindChill Data Migration/ Upgrade/ Implementation /Configuration/Solutions evaluation. - Experience in 2+ projects gathering requirements, analysis, design and Detailing of Processes for PLM. - 4 to 5 years of WindChill PLM experience with solution elements such as authoring Functional Specifications, defining Work Streams, Requirements, Scenarios and Use Cases, Management of CAD/Non-CAD Data, Documents and Change Processes, Workflows, Integration with CAD/ERP/Enterprise Application. - Experience and involvement in development of assets - PoCs, POV's and Solutions- Must be a self-starter with effective analytical, excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role. - Knowledge of delivery framework and methodologies for an IT Services organization.

Experience in leading & mentoring team members throughout the phases of PLM implementation projects including definition, installation, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support. - Experience with Windchill integrations with systems like Teamcenter, SAP, SharePoint involving 3

- party connectors, web services and file based interfacing.

- Experience with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) best practices. - BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field of study.
